Your Best Life: Be Not Afraid

I have felt anxious recently. No meds required, only this reminder:  Jesus speaks ...

but there are also other voices trying to choke out and dismiss His voice; 

 voices of doubt, fear, hopelessness, despair, guilt;

voices that lie, discourage and kill; voices that say: it’s no use, no need to pray, hope or try anymore; it’s a dead end situation, it’s over, it’s worthless; it can’t change; it’s obviously impossible. 

But listen to His voice instead of the world’s voices. He speaks Truth. He brings the dead to life. He does what no one else can do.

So, listen to His Words: “DON’T BE AFRAID; JUST BELIEVE!”

While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue's house certain which said, 

Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master 

any further?

 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, 

he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, 

Be not afraid, only believe.

Gold & Diamond Cocktail Ring

I feel smart to have purchased this 3 ct diamond ring at a bargain price compared to a recent advertised price of $2999 (retail $5799 on Macy's site).

I was even happier when Hubby congratulated me on my bargain-shopping skills.

I need to be content, though, as part of our funds are now set aside to pay for our renovations.  For now, no more purchases of luxury items solely to please moi!

Pure Gold prices have been going up! 
 Most likely caused by USA's tensions with Russia and Syria.  Price is $1300+ per ounce as of today's writing.  It has yet to reach the high of $1900+ per ounce in Year 2011.

I heard the unmistakable sound of tinkling pianos as I walked into Costco and saw gorgeous Piano beauties on display.  I was drawn to the one and only petite grand piano, of course. 
 Yamaha Corporation began in 1887 as a piano and reed organ manufacturer by Yamaha's founder, Japanese entrepreneur Torakusu Yamaha.  He was born on April 20, 1851. 
The amazing Bösendorfer brand is now a subsidiary of Yamaha Corporation.
