Nail Art: Gel Nails in Blue + Decal, Part 11

The actual name of the blue 💙 color is Copen Blue.  I did not ask for a nail decal, but the Manicurist added one for each ring finger anyway.

My first nail decals ever!
The right hand is of a flower. The left hand is of a Lady.
Dry hands, sorry 😉

Nail Art: Part 5, New York State of Mind

Wow nails from Mrs Waxman of NJ.  Can you tell that she  and family are die-hard MacKenzie-Childs fans who show up at their Barn Sales in July year after year?!!

Renovation: Popular Fish Scale Tiles in Your Home

This tile shape is so awesome that I have a couple of folders dedicated to fish-scales tiles on Instagram, Pinterest and elsewhere. Appealing, popular, and slightly more expensive than your average tile. I especially like them in the color blue.

Did not get to use these tiles in my own renovations this time around, but God willing, at another time.  They are that memorable!

Bathroom Renovation: Blue-Gray Colors

Muted tones of sienna or chalky gray/blues are a favourite of Heather Bullard, while New York-based designer Robin Wilson raves about a specific Behr shade called Drizzle. “I have seen it in a lot of properties that are staged for re-sale and it is a great neutral that allows the white to pop,” she says. The muted tone is a tranquil color that will make your space feel decidedly peaceful. - Domino Magazine
