Brunch at a Mexican Restaurant with Brian. The main meal was called "Molcajeteada" -- a dish for two. We only ordered two sets and though there were 8 of us, there was enough leftover for Brian to take home. I was impressed. It was delicious, filling, and reasonably priced. Here's the menu description for the dish---
Molcajeteada for two people: 2 different steaks, chicken breast, frescheese, grilled green onions, cactus, beans, pico de gallo, and tortillas
At around noon, we were once again on our way. First stop near Edwardsville was our Sheraton Hotel.
