Mother's Day: My Beautiful LV Accessory

As expensive as the LV Tambour watch is, it did not come with a strap. It needs to be bought separately.

They also are quite expensive,  yipes. Louis Vuitton certainly knows how to dig deep into our pockets.

Thus, I asked the kids to contribute to Mom's LV-Strap Fund.  They came through, thank you, Lord:

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God

Cool Art Gallery in Frankfurt Germany

Rötzel & Co:  The Art store is located close to the Iron Bridge.  It sells Art and does framing services.  This display window drew us in. We laughed over the lady, teasing our son that he must have been the model, LoL.

Our visit to the store was another good memory of Frankfurt, Germany.  Alas, a google search revealed that the store has permanently closed, sigh. At least I got to purchase one item that I really liked (combines whimsy and cute Pups).  Now, let's get Europe re-opened so we can visit again!

Wisdom is the Principal Thing: Remembering Mom on Mother's Day

In honor of all Moms for Mother's Day (May 13, 2018).
My mom passed away over 8 years ago, already.  Where did the time go?!  Unlike great speaker Rick Rigsby's mom who was a 3rd-grade drop-out, Mom was a college graduate -- the first in her family. She was smart in so many ways.

For we are saved by hope:
but hope that is seen is not hope:
for what a man seeth,
why doth he yet hope for?

Mother's Day Gift

DH gave me a choice of an LV bag (I'm eyeing the Artsy MM) or a Diamond ring that's about 1.5K more.  His thoughts are I should get the ring because jewelry can be passed on to the next generation. I've seen the ring IRL, and it's a stunner.  I countered with: authentic LV can be sold for close to retail if it's in good condition -- anytime, anywhere.
Odd that I have no sense of hurry to purchase either one. I've OD-ed, I think.
