Someone at the Forum has the same screenname as this restaurant. I've driven past this place for YEARS, but didn't "connect the dots" AND have my camera ready till today after church sevice. "Minami" means South (direction-wise) in Japanese. It's also a popular name for girls in that country. Minami responded with Arigato Gozaimasu!
