Julie & Bob's Baby

Here are pics to share of the recent Baby Shower held for Julie.  She and her husband, Bob, were blessed with Baby Haley  a few weeks ago.

Food + Tradition!

Last Sunday afternoon, the church next door to Park Manor had its official Grand Opening Celebration.  Only three of our  members were able to attend because of a prior commitment for the rest of us (the Lee's wedding anniversary).  The members of the Assembly of God church were mostly of African descent, so they wore beautiful & vibrant traditional clothing.  They were very generous with sharing their food, so the dishes were added to menu during that night's Park Manor bi-monthly Bible study and fellowship dinner.  Overall, it  was a very good day to indulge one's appetite.  Yum!

Happy Wedding Anniversary!

It was announcement time: 

 In honor of Mother's Day next week, all Moms are invited to lunch at Alexanders Restaurant courtesy of the church.

Mr Lee raised his hand and made his own announcement:  ALL are invited!

Turns out that Mr and Mrs Lee will be celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary next week, so they invited everyone to celebrate the happy occasion at the restaurant.  Yessssss!!!!
