Bathroom Renovation: Holes in the Wall and Shower Niches

Recessed Shower or Bath niches are better looking than ol' fashioned, mirrored-door medicine cabinets IMO. Part of the reason is likely my having to look at ours for over 20 years.  We were definitely ready for a change!

The homeowner has total control over a niche's looks, size, and location.  Thousands of samples are out there. Here are a few more, plus 2 (out of a total of 5) of ours.

Five bath/shower-niches were put in by our Contractor.   They're attractive, custom made, current, and great for within-reach storage of miscellaneous items.
