Habitat for Humanity in my Neighborhood

I would never have heard of Habitat for Humanity were it not for former US President Jimmy Carter's high-profile involvement with the organization. Habitat is building a house on a vacant lot in my subdivision. They've been at it since early Spring 2017.  The volunteers wear similar t-shirts. There's a scramble for parking spots whenever they're here. Sometimes there are numerous people present, but usually only a few.
The project remains unfinished to this day (Fall, 2017).

"The cause I decided to donate it (proceeds of sale of painting) to was Habitat for Humanity, which is the charity Jimmy Carter started.  They go to places all over America, and the world, and help poor people build their own houses.  It's a great organization." -- John McEnroe, But Seriously, page 43

President Carter has been on my radar recently for another reason:  his accurate assessment of Main-stream Media's unfair, relentless bashing of President Trump.  See link.
