Wanted: Neighborhood House on my Bucket List

Ranch-style home with a twist. This house model with the rare basement is a favorite (of the 5 or so model-home choices available).  If I were to do it over again, it would be my pick.

I walk by almost daily with my dogs. I can't help but glance at it each time.  To others it looks unassuming, but I know from living in the neighborhood that is has an admirable room addition in the rear.

Pro:  Large-to-me with 2,246 sf. Has a basement.  Has livable space upstairs, and downstair.  Great for a large family, including mine. Good job on the renovation and 2-level addition. 

Con:  faces a relatively busy street ( street bisects northern section of our neighborhood). How is the noise level? Not good for active toddlers who want to cross streets. Small yard compared to mine.  Bathrooms look original (from 1971). Higher real estate taxes.

I remain a fan.  I'd often wondered about what it's like on the inside. Found pics. I can get ideas for my kitchen re-do (great cabinets!) thru these too.
