Happy Birthday! Rich Strike won the 2022 Kentucky Derby with an 80-1 odds of winning. He was foaled 4 years ago on April 25, 2019, at Calumet Farm, KY
Below is a short video of the story of Rich Strike's historic win in the 148th running of the Kentucky Derby. "Ritchie" remains interesting whether he ever wins again, or not.

Cute (read small) but more than adequate condo place that smelled great as soon as we entered the door. We were on the 30th floor with a balcony that faced Makati. In spite of being so high up, the street sounds could still be heard. In fact, at least one Rooster crowed consistently in the early a.m. hours. However, no sound from the condominiums above nor below us, and the neighbors on either side did not utter a peep. This place's location was safe and excellent for a variety of restaurants, malls, and other popular spots.
Came complete with a kitchen plus a washer/dryer combo. Also, 2 A/C units that we had on at the same time at one point -- and blew a fuse! After that, we found one a/c more than enough to cool the entire place.
A garbage call occurred almost daily. Someone came down the hallway to collect it. How convenient!
Overall, a sincere thumbs up for this lovely, clean, convenient place that we may rent again in the future, God willing.

Remembering Polish-American Piano prodigy, Arthur Rubinstein (January 28, 1887 – December 20, 1982) on his date of birth. He is considered one of the best Pianists of the 20th century. We love his performance of W.A. Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 21 in C Major. BTW, this is a personal favorite among Mozart's vast works.
